Of our 36 pens, 12 are in the office block, 10 are in one old stable block, 8 in the other.
The remaining 6 pens are in pairs in the 3 adjoining rooms also in the old stable block. This allows us to place
guests in the most suitable pen for them. Family groups get the larger pens, shy or anti social guests can be placed
in the quieter rooms rather than be overwhelmed by the main block.
All the pens open out in to the kennel yard or the secure play area of the paddock. Older guests
like to sit out here during the day, whilst the more energetic are taken through to the paddock. All dogs get to spend
time out here during the day.
On top of this all guests
get to go to the paddock off lead, either individually or in small social
groups, for play time and long runs four times a day at approximately the following times;
07.30
& 11.00 & 15.00 & 18.00
In the event of a power cut our kennels
can be connected to our generator. This ensures our guests wont suffer during a loss of electricity supply and can
be kept warm 365 days of the year.
